Helping Hands of Vegas Valley, a Southern Nevada-based nonprofit organization serving homebound and disadvantaged seniors, recently hired Mary Rosenthal as assistant director and volunteer coordinator. Rosenthal will oversee the organization’s programs, which include transportation, a food pantry and respite care vouchers, to ensure that HHOVV clients’ needs are suitably met. She will work closely with HHOVV’s executive director to plot the course of the organization’s short- and long-term goals.
