Raise a joyful noise and indulge in the feast

The HOB showroom is transformed into one large dining room with long, family-style tables on the showroom floor and individual tables in the areas next to the bar. With two seatings, 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., time is allowed for getting brunch selections and the opportunity to chat with those sitting at each table before the show begins.
Breakfast selections include scrambled eggs, applewood-smoked bacon, link sausage, red rose breakfast potatoes and biscuits with country gravy. Lunch features barbecue chicken, rib fingers, chicken jambalaya and chilled prawns with cocktail sauce. The omelet station offers a choice of pepper jack sausage, andouille sausage, ham, shrimp, bacon, cheddar cheese, red onion, red and green bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, and egg whites. Maple-glazed ham and oven-roasted turkey breast are carved as an entree. For that sweet tooth, there is a waffle and dessert station that includes mini Belgium waffles and white chocolate banana bread pudding. The assorted fruit and salad stations offer healthy choices.
Specialties include cornbread muffins with maple butter, pecan caramel sticky buns, cheese-filled tortellini salad with smoked salmon, traditional Caesar salad, southern fried chicken, homemade macaroni and cheese, Creole chicken, and homemade fruit cobbler.
When the curtains open, a live band and gospel group is revealed presenting an uplifting performance that inspires many in the room to sing, dance and interact with the show. It is truly a joyful time for diners to celebrate with good food and embrace the feeling that everyone is a family during the House of Blues Sunday Gospel Brunch.Office contact information
