Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar is one of Las Vegas’ oldest family-owned and -operated Italian restaurants. The fine dining menu includes authentic Italian cuisine such as Carpaccio di Manzo (thinly sliced beef, arugula salad, shaved parmigiano and truffle oil), Ferraro’s Osso Buco or Coniglio Brasato (Sonoma farm-raised rabbit braised with pancetta, onions and white wine). One seafood dish choice is Capesante Scottate (seared scallops over chiffonade of Brussels sprouts with toasted pine nuts and pancetta) or seafood combined with pasta such as Pappardelle Mimmo (long, wide pasta with scallops, lobster, asparagus, butter, sage and truffle sauce). Wine pairings are available from Ferraro’s 12,000-bottle collection.

There is also a lounge with late night dining, a patio with an al fresco atmosphere including a fire pit and foliage and private dining rooms.
