Amy Jo Martin is the founder and CEO of Digital Royalty and Digital Royalty University, as well as a New York Times best-selling author. Founded in April 2009, Digital Royalty develops digital integration and social media strategies for corporate and entertainment brands, professional athletes, sports teams and leagues. Digital Royalty University also provides customized education programs including strategic and tactical social media training. Martin’s list of clients includes Double Tree by Hilton, Dana White, The UFC, Fox Sports and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Recently, she wrote the New York Times best-selling book, “Renegades Write the Rules,” a social media how-to and beyond. It is full of personal anecdotes from working with Shaquille O’Neal and how they came together to create @Shaq, one of the most recognizable and original Twitter handles in the world. Martin sits on the St. Jude Digital Board of Directors and advises them on digital strategies as well as supports them with her social influence.
