The Salted Lime at Aliante Casino & Hotel centers around a giant margarita bar with more than 1,000 bottles as part of its “chandelier.” But more than the décor, Chef George Jacquez has created a menu featuring authentic south of the border items including skirt steak marinated in garlic and cilantro, three-cheese quesadillas and oversized flautas stuffed with choice of chicken or beef.

The restaurant and bar is open for dinner seven days a week: Monday through Thursday, 4 to 9 p.m., (bar open to 10 p.m.); Friday 4 to 10 p.m. (bar open to 11 p.m.); Saturday 4 to 10 p.m. (bar open noon to 11 p.m.) and Sunday 4 to 9 p.m. (bar open noon to 10 p.m.) Visit online for promotions and specials.
