Steak FritesCelebrity Chef Michael Mina has opened Bardot Brasserie, bringing a little bit of the cuisine and culture of Paris to Las Vegas.

The dining experience is a traditional brasserie menu for dinner and weekend brunch, including Burgundian Escargot wrapped in puff pastry shells, French Onion Soup with Perigord truffle, braised oxtail, mussels mariniéres and foie gras. One indulgent dessert is Chocolate Macaron made with a French chocolate cookie, chocolate mousse and salted caramel.

Wine connoisseurs will appreciate the selection of New World and Old World wines from the regions of Burgundy, Alsace, Bordeaux, the Rhone and the Loire. For those who love a cocktail, The Ritz is a French-inspired libation.

The design of the dining room and lounge recreates the film noir movie setting of the 1940s and 50s with low lighting creating dramatic shadows. The mysterious nature of these films enhances the experience as hidden layers meant to be discovered.
