In 2015, what is the big change for Infinity Dental?
We merged practices with a retiring doctor in July of last year. Our practice has blossomed and really come together. Our new location is great. It’s a newer, even more comfortable environment for our patients. We’ve got a beautiful building and an incredible view around us. We’re also easier to access from the freeway, which gives our patients more convenience when it comes to location.
What is some of the new technology you have incorporated into your practice?
It’s important to us to stay current with advances in technology, so I take continued courses to make sure we stay ahead of the curve. There are so many advances that dental treatment options have become so much more obtainable. I’m very enthusiastic about what is called the All-on-Four procedure or Teeth in One Day. I really enjoy doing implants individually, but have also gained a lot of experience in the All-on-Four fixed denture procedure. I think this is incredible because I can take a patient in a removable denture with little to no teeth, place four to six implants and attach a permanent fixed denture, all in the same day. This is amazing to watch and to be able to take someone who’s been told their only option is removable teeth and put them back into a naturally functioning, non-removable denture is incredible. It’s honestly a change in their quality of life and I’m thrilled to be able to offer services like this.

What about your team members?
Since the move, we’ve brought on our full-time hygienist Patricia, who’s incredible at what she does. She is thorough, gentle, caring and really makes a difference in our patient’s recall visits. We have our office manager Brittany, who helps keep us operating smooth and moving forward, two full-time clinical assistants Brianna and Katie that help make every patient’s experience a great one, an insurance coordinator/front office receptionist Abigail and our bookkeeper Marie. With the team we have in place right now, it’s easy to say my office is running more efficient than ever before. We have such a dedicated and positive staff. I can really see the difference it makes in maintaining personal, close relationships with each and every one of our patients. I think having the proper staff allows us to ensure patients are at ease and comfortable during every visit.
