Over 700 people celebrated Dessert Before Dinner 2015 at Caesars Palace benefitting the Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada.

Las Vegas chefs competed to create the ultimate confection incorporating the chosen signature Girl Scout cookie, the Lemonades. The winning chef was Chef Marisela Espinoza, Caesars Palace for her The Gianduja Lemonade Mushroom.
Chef Cynthia Werth, Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower won second place and Chef Yamilet Hillers, Le Cirque at Bellagio won third place. Honorees included Elizabeth Blau, Robin Greenspun, Dawn Mack, Rose McKinney-James, Anita Romero, Marilyn Winn Spiegel and Heidi Straus.
Caesars Palace Headliner Matt Goss provided entertainment and guests indulged in dessert before the first course.
