Its Robata Skewer, traditional Japanese yakitori skewers grilled on binchotan charcoal at 1000 degrees, include chicken and scallion; pork belly, beef and onion; shrimp and bacon; shitake mushroom or asparagus.

Another specialty is Lemon Roll topped with yellowtail, salmon, lemon and ponzu sauce. An American influenced dish is Foo Burger, house ground brisket and chuck, house pickles, kasha aioli, garlic, shoestring potatoes and wasabi ketchup. With dessert, try Lychee Panna Cotta, a grilled lychee with pineapple coconut sauce. The menu also includes noodles, salads, sandwiches, steak, ribs and chicken.
