What forms of birth control are most efficient and convenient to use as a 22 year old?
I think that the most efficient and convenient birth control for women in their early 20s would be a long acting reversible form of birth control. These include the Nexplanon, which is effective for three years and any of the Intrauterine devices. There are three intrauterine devices, one for three years another for five years and the last for 10 years. These are convenient because once placed correctly you don’t have to worry about birth control for a number of years.

Urinary tract infections can reoccur with postmenopausal women. This typically happens because of decreased estrogen in the urethral and vaginal mucosa. Urinary tract infections can be prevented with increased hydration, the avoidance of holding urine and post coital voiding. Estrogen vaginal cream may be helpful in the prevention of urinary tract infections in postmenopausal women.
