The Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada welcomed a record-breaking 700 attendees consisting of Las Vegas’ top influencers and community members for its annual fundraising gala, Dessert Before Dinner.

Female Las Vegas chefs competed to create the ultimate confection incorporating this year’s chosen signature Girl Scout cookie, Caramel deLites. Guests indulged in desserts before the first course was even served and voted on their favorite. The winning chefs and desserts included: first place winners Chefs Denise Elliott and Kimberly Vitou, MGM Resorts International; second place winner Chef Elizabeth Stolarick, Wynn Resorts and third place winner Chef Michelle Flores, Caesars Palace. This year’s winning dessert was Camp Cake in a Can.
