Other foodies—whether part of the tour, your out-of-town guests or best friends—add to the overall experience. It is a culinary adventure to the most acclaimed restaurants indulging in dishes prepared by award-winning chefs. It is also a walking tour past iconic landmarks at an easy pace. At each stop, guests savor appetizers, entrées or desserts for a meal combined in an artful and delightful way.
The Afternoon Culinary Adventures tour is a two-hour afternoon stroll of eating and exploring the Las Vegas Strip, which also allows plenty of time for other activities later in the day. It includes four stops with different menu items for all palates.
The Savors of The Strip tour is a three-hour glamorous evening extravaganza as participants are whisked inside the exclusive doors of five of Vegas’ most dynamic restaurants to sample adventurous and luxurious fare.
The Downtown Lip Smacking tour introduces the revitalized downtown area bustling with spirit and spunk. This lively, informative outing begins in the early evening hours as guests eat and explore at downtown’s most magnetic, chef-driven restaurants that are all about farm-to-table, seasonally-focused and artisan-crafted fare.
The downtown tour begins at Carson Kitchen, founded by the late Kerry Simon, who was known as the celebrity rock ‘n’ roll chef. It features an open kitchen with an Americana menu created with garden-fresh, seasonal ingredients.
There is then a detour through Container Park, where shipping containers have been converted into boutiques, restaurants and a venue for free live music. The next stop, Itsy Bitsy, is a Japanese-style tavern that specializes in customizable ramen and Japanese street food. Walking to the next stop, guests will discover a hidden gem at Park on Fremont for a very fun photo op (no spoilers!).
Participants that are of legal drinking age will then enjoy a beer sampling at Banger Brewing along with a tour of the small-batch, craft beer brewery. Samples include El Heffe (jalapeno hefeweizen) and Morning Joe (Kolsch with French caramel & hazelnut coffee).
The last stop is Glutton, housed inside a striking industrial-chic, mid-century building. Chef and owner Bradley Manchester’s cuisine is all about vibrant flavors and palate-pleasing textures. Manchester has created a place with a neighborhood vibe that specializes in craft cocktails along with a menu of small and large plates.
The tours also include pairing with cocktails (for an additional fee) and specialized tours can be designed for those guests with special dietary needs such as vegan or gluten-free.
