G oing out to the movies, shopping or enjoying outdoor activities are luxuries for people who suffer from chronic nerve pain. Living with neuropathy can be debilitating and cause emotional anquish and even depression.
Voted Vegas’s Top Doctor, Dr. Anthony M. Ricciardi Jr. DPM, is passionate about helping his patients live pain free and have an improved quality of life. He has practiced medicine in our valley for 20 years. Dr. Ricciardi is a podiatric surgeon, with extensive experience in foot and ankle reconstruction with specialized training in external fixation and diabetic limb salvage.
Dr. Ricciardi now offers a new, breakthrough neuropathy treatment that is exclusively offered at his Neurogenx Nerve Center of Las Vegas. This electromedical treatment is proven to effectively alleviate the pain, tingling, burning and numbness resulting from neuropathy and chronic nerve conditions. It can successfully help resolve neuropathy symptoms and nerve pain of varying intensities. Neurogenx patients have regained improved sensation, range of motion, balance and restful sleep as well as eliminated pain and numbness. In 4 out of 5 patients, treatment with Neurogenx resolved or significantly reduced neuropathy symptoms.
The treatment is performed with a technologically advanced medical device called the Neurogenx 4000PRO: it is FDA-Cleared and patented as the only device of its kind. The Neurogenx Treatment is unlike any other currently available. It is non-narcotic, non-surgical and non-invasive. It uses a sophisticated electronic signal with a wide frequency band to successfully treat neuropathy symptoms at the cellular level, helping to restore function and feeling.
“Many of my patients suffer from neuropathy pain which only gets worse over time,” Dr. Ricciardi explained. “Eventually, the foot and leg will become numb compromising the patient’s sense of balance which can cause them to fall.”
Neurogenx patient, Mike, was seriously injured in a work accident. Prior to receiving his treatments, he suffered intense pain in his leg and had no feeling at the bottom of his foot or leg. After only five treatments, he is pain free, can sleep through the night for the first time in years and his “before and after” balance scale report revealed a 49 percent improvement in his overall balance.
This has been a catalyst in Dr. Ricciardi’s quest to launch this neuropathy medical center.
“What many people don’t realize is that while undergoing cancer treatments chemotherapy is also another contributing cause for neuropathy pain. The good news is that these patients are excellent candidates for Neurogenx treatments,” said Dr. Ricciardi.
A native of New York, Dr. Ricciardi completed his undergraduate studies at Wagner College, Staten Island, New York receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree. Dr. Ricciardi earned his podiatric medical degree from Temple College of Podiatric Medicine (formerly Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine) in Philadelphia. He then completed his residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. His residency training was based at St. Mary’s Hospital in Hoboken, New Jersey. His extensive and cutting edge two-year surgical residency focused on training in foot, ankle and lower leg reconstructive medicine and surgery. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a member of The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and Association of Extremity Nerve Surgeons.
