One day of online giving will benefit participating nonprofit organizations and schools across the state of Nevada.
On March 23, Nevadans will unite for 24 hours of online giving to support the organizations that improve our community during the 6th Annual Nevada’s Big Give. To date, Nevada’s Big Give has raised just over $2 million for nearly 500 Nevada charities from over 15,000 unique donors.
“Nevada’s Big Give harnesses the power of the entire State of Nevada, uniting on one day to give the gift of a better future for our communities,” said Bob Morgan, United Way of Southern Nevada President and CEO. “We need every Nevadan’s support to raise even more money this year to help causes that need it the most.”
Donors across Nevada will join together to support their favorite causes and discover new organizations with secure, online donations of $5 or more. Unlike other fundraising initiatives, Nevada’s Big Give promotes personal giving to all of the State’s participating nonprofits and schools, and every donation made will help participating organizations qualify for cash prizes, furthering the impact of every dollar.
Registered 501(c)(3) organizations in Nevada and Clark County School District (CCSD) schools are eligible to participate and receive donations from12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. PST on Thursday, March 23. To participate, visit NVBigGive.org and register before March 1.
