Getting rewarded for doing something you love is one of the best motivators. Now, with the Sweatcoin app, you can earn “sweatcoins” for every 1,000 steps you take outside. It is not yet set up for tracking indoor steps, which we understand can be hindered during the sweltering summer months. But if you are an early bird or a night owl, this is a great incentive to get outside and get moving. Sweatcoins can be redeemed in their store for gift cards, music, exercise classes, and more.
