All-American Dining in Downtown Las Vegas
Eureka!, in Downtown Las Vegas, features an all-scratch kitchen and one-of-a-kind bar specializing in craft beer and small-batch spirits. Located inside the historic Emergency Arts Building featuring a rustic industrial environment, Eureka! proudly serves an imaginative menu spotlighting locally sourced produce, all cooked to order.
The beverage program exclusively features American craft beer, small-batch whiskey, house-aged barrels and specialty cocktails sourced from artisans throughout the country. In addition to its food, cocktails and exceptional hospitality, ongoing specials and events include their signature “Hoppy Hour” every day from 3 to 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. to close. Hoppy Hour specials include discounted beer, wine, bourbon and vodka in addition to specially priced full portions of select starters priced from $5 to $9. Every Tuesday, Eureka! offers half off wine by the glass from their wine list exclusive to California wineries. This special is available from 11 a.m. to midnight. Every Wednesday for “Steal the Glass,” Eureka! partners with a local craft brewery to create branded glassware. Guests receive a complimentary take-home glass if they order the featured craft beer of the day. This is available from 6 p.m. to midnight, while supplies last.
Eureka! hosts a collection of rotating local musicians and DJs performing in the main dining room. Live music is available Thursdays from 8 to 11 p.m. and Saturdays from noon to 3 p.m. On Saturdays and Sundays, guests can enjoy weekend brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., which features $5 bloody marys and mimosas, their signature bread pudding, French toast and the six-pack breakfast burrito. Every two weeks, Eureka! features a different farmers market cocktail utilizing a locally sourced ingredient. Trevor Tyler, Eureka!’s Beverage Director
Eureka! Beverage Director, Trevor Tyler, grew up in the restaurant/bar industry and has fond memories of sitting at the bar top of his mom’s job at a local Mexican restaurant. Tyler bartended at several local bars in the Inland Empire during college, where he attained a bachelor’s in hospitality management from Cal Poly Pomona. In 2011, Tyler started at Eureka! as a general manager, where he quickly rose through the ranks and became the beverage director in 2014. He has overseen 15 Eureka! restaurant openings and has trained hundreds of people. Additionally, he is a certified Cicerone, one of roughly 3,500 in the world. The Cicerone program is an organization that certifies beer experts and is the most accredited organization in the beer world for beer education. Tyler has worked with multiple breweries throughout the United States to brew beer exclusively for Eureka! by leveraging distillery relationships to provide breweries with barrels to age beer in. The biggest of these collaborations was the first batch of Bottle Logic’s Fundamental Observation, which is currently listed as #12 on Beer Advocate’s Top 250 beers in the world.
Alexia Penna, Eureka!’s Director of Marketing
A native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Alexia Penna moved to the West Coast to combine her love for public relations, traveling and food. Penna has more than 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, from working in restaurants to joining the PR world to now being in-house as the director of marketing at Eureka! Restaurant Group.
