Area of Specialty: OSHA Training, Audits and Inspections

With a desire to make a difference in people’s lives and a commitment to create a life full of opportunities for her four young daughters, and, at the time recently divorced, Virginia set her goals in motion with nothing more than just a few dollars in her pocket. However, she had a vision and a plan, which she has been working on nonstop since.

In 2013, Virginia started World Wide Safety (WWS) in Las Vegas. Virginia has grown WWS into the largest health and safety service company in Nevada. Through the development and implementation of proven health and safety training programs, as well as setting up practical hazard controls, Virginia has created one of the most disciplined and successful safety consultancies in today’s industry, offering full-service assistance to general contractors and most of the state’s specialty trade subcontractors. WWS now services more than 150 companies in Nevada.

To her peers, she is widely respected as a versatile and trusted leader, with a track record of success and a proven ability to turn around struggling safety programs and build solid trade-specific safety programs from scratch.

Virginia brings a sense of strategic focus, mature business judgment, and expert assistance in identifying, evaluating and resolving safety challenges. She is an OSHA-authorized instructor who firmly believes that staying proactive to safety is the only way to achieve zero accidents in the work place. She holds certification in safety consulting for: Construction and General Industry Safety, Workplace Safety, On-Site/Warehouse Inspections, and has conducted thousands of field safety inspections, provided OSHA Citation Representation, Fall Protection, Respiratory Protections, Forklift Training, SOS/Hazardous Material/Waste Clean-up Operations. WWS has also provided Safety Management Programs that include: Regulatory Compliance and Emergency Management Program and Safety Leadership Training.

Nothing gives Virginia greater satisfaction than knowing the clients that she and WWS serve are doing all that is possible to ensure everyone makes it home safely to their families every night … and that is certainly worth celebrating. On January 16, 2020, World Wide Safety will host its 4th Annual Safety Awards Banquet at the Emerald at Queensridge. It is a time to recognize the companies and their employees who have excelled at building, facilitating and promoting safety programs, demonstrating their commitment to safety. This annual awards event is always sold out early, and with this year’s event being themed the Vegas Golden Knights and all the energy that comes with it, we are expecting this event to be sold out even sooner!

Virginia Toalepai is an inspiration to all, especially to her children. She is proof that there is no limit to what can be achieved when you are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and are willing to work hard every day on your goals.
