The Factory Kitchen serves lunch and dinner with traditional Italian recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation.
Menu offerings include a variety of soups and starters, including minestrone (organic vegetable medley soup, basil pesto, ciabatta crostini) and carpaccio (sliced prime beef, house pickled mushrooms, grana padano, kohlrabi, Ligurian olive oil). Italian-style pastas include ravioli di pesce (seafood filled pasta, langoustine tails, crustacean sauce, San Marzano tomatoes) and risotto funghi (Vialone Nano rice, arugula, roasted foraged mushrooms, black garlic, grana padano), and several land-and-sea options such as salmone (served with wilted spinach, onions, blistered tomatoes, Champagne dressing) and osso buco di vitello (braised veal shank, roasted root vegetables, natural jus, gremolata).
Dishes are prepared using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients while the impressive wine list reflects the essence of their distinctive Italian regions. Though Italian wines will be prevalent at The Factory Kitchen, additional wines from neighboring Western European countries and beyond are served.
The bar program highlights artisanal cocktails, which focus on texture, subtle acidity and simplicity, while illuminating the main spirit. The bar is approachable and the high-energy atmosphere fosters laughter and friendships—new and old.
