In 2006, Debbie Sofer-Roxarzade moved to Las Vegas and opened Rachel’s Kitchen, named after her daughter Rachel. Serving comfort food along with super healthy choices, the family friendly eatery has since expanded to five locations with a sixth one planned at McCarran International Airport.
One of the reasons for this success story is its diverse clientele and menu. For the vegans, meat-loving carnivores or those with gluten allergies, Rachel’s Kitchen offers a twist on the traditional: a variety of items on its menus without overwhelming customers. It is casual enough to bring the family, sophisticated for business meetings, intimate for dates and health-conscious for that after-work out treat. Breakfast is served all day, along with smoothies, wraps, salads, burgers and an array of desserts.
Various Locations including Hualapai & Desert Inn, the Trails in Summerlin North, the District at Green Valley Ranch, the Ogden downtown and the newest location at Centennial Hills in the northwest valley.
