LAS VEGAS – Caesars Entertainment employees helped create a brighter future for the community by raising $377,000 during their annual 2015 United Way of Southern Nevada (UWSN) workplace campaign. Caesars Entertainment and United Way gathered to commemorate this momentous accomplishment during a check presentation ceremony on October 30, 2015.

“Our employees support United Way of Southern Nevada because we have seen the impact of their work in the community,” said David Hoenemeyer, Caesars Entertainment Regional President. “We value our partnership with United Way and know that this investment will help thousands live better lives.”

Raising $377,000 truly creates lasting impact in our community. With this investment, UWSN can provide 6,923 children’s vaccinations and 592 children with oral health care, keeping them healthy so they can go to school and succeed. UWSN can also help provide 148 classrooms with supplies and 6,720 important hours of teacher training.
