A Peppermint Patty is an aperitif-style cocktail served on the rocks. Mix .75 ounces of Berentzen Icemint and 1 ounce of chocolate liqueur and garnish with fresh mint. Blend with ice for a frozen dessert and garnish with peppermint bark.

1.5 ounces Berentzen Pear Liquor
½ ounce lemon juice,
¼ ounce of brut rose champagne
a sprig of rosemary garnish.
Mix and shake Berentzen Pear Liquor and lemon juice in a shaker and strain into a coupe glass. Top with champagne, rosemary sprig and a thin slice of pear as garnish.
