GET READY: Ingredients

Wash your hands and premeasure the following ingredients before you begin the directions below.

8 graham crackers, broken into fourths or rectangles

¼ cup milk chocolate chips

¼ cup dark chocolate chips

1 cup miniature marshmallows

1 cup fresh organic raspberries

1 tablespoon chocolate syrup

15 x 9 x 1-inch baking pan

GO: Directions

  1. Preheat broiler
  2. Put on an apron
  3. Tie back long hair and roll up long sleeves
  4. Wash hands
  5. Rinse raspberries; drain and set aside
  6. Break each graham cracker into pieces
  7. Put the pieces in the 15 x 9 x 1-inch baking pan
  8. Sprinkle chocolate chips and marshmallows on top
  9. Place pan under broiler for about 30 to 60 seconds, until marshmallows get puffy and light brown

10.  Top with raspberries and drizzle with chocolate syrup, serve immediately

11.  Be sure to clean up kitchen and put everything away when you are done

TIP: To make this a fun and festive dessert, try rainbow-colored marshmallows and different berries. Nuts can also be added for an extra nutty crunch.
