Dutch Bros. Coffee has been around since 1992, but just recently opened in Las Vegas and brought a new and delicious way for our community to caffeinate. Founded by two brothers whose family farm was shut down, they turned to coffee and caffeine addicts everywhere are beyond grateful. The brothers purchased an espresso machine, started giving away drinks to anyone willing to sample and a business was born.
Their keys to success include three main ingredients: speed, quality and service and a firm belief that you can not sacrifice one to achieve another. Each handcrafted drink is made to order, delivered in a timely manner and with a smile. Signature drinks include the Kicker, an Irish cream breve; the Annihilator, a chocolate mac breve; the Caramelizer, a caramel mocha; the chai tea with honey, vanilla and spices; and the 911, an Irish cream breve with an additional six shots. A vast menu showcases other flavor combinations, including: Gummy Bear (kiwi, lime and white chocolate), Tuxedo (white chocolate and dark chocolate), Ninja (white chocolate and crème de menthe), Dream Weaver (hazelnut and white chocolate), a not-so-hot chocolate for the kids, and many more unique options.
While they brew an amazing cup of coffee, the company also focuses on giving back. The company has donated over $2 million each year to its local communities and various nonprofits, including the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Each location is drive-thru or walk-up only, but well worth the visit. Dutch Bros. now has five locations in the valley.
