1½ ounces pisco
3 strawberries
½ ounce honey
1 ounce egg whites

Muddle the strawberries in the pisco at the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and give a heavy shake to make the egg whites froth. Double strain and garnish with Strawberry Cocktail Caviar.

Cucumbers cut into 2-inch disk
¼ apple slice
2 ounces lemongrass vodka
½ ounce honey
¼ ounce lime juice

Place the apple slice and cucumber into cocktail shaker. Muddle with lemongrass vodka. Add remaining ingredients and give it a heavy shake. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass and garnish with Autumn Apple Caviar.

2 ounces gin
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1½ ounces honey
1 ounce blueberry jam

Fill a highball with crushed ice and place blueberry jam on top with a cocktail spoon. Add the gin, lemon juice and honey into a cocktail shaker and give it a heavy shake. Strain over the blueberry jam and allow the cocktail and its colors to trickle through the ice. Garnish with Raspberry Cocktail Caviar.
