Part of the fun of entertaining guests is offering new experiences in drink and food. Trying a new dish or sipping a new cocktail really adds to party. Cocktail Caviar combines the texture of food with the flavor of spirits to enhance any cocktail or dessert.

Cocktail Caviar is organic, edible pearls infused with flavored vodka that burst when bitten. It is the only signature garnish of its kind, ensuring an experience that is truly unlike anything else. Each pearl’s thin outer coating is made from kelp, enhanced with natural flavors, and is entirely vegan.

Cocktail Caviar will not dissolve in liquid, making it so versatile. Mix with a celebratory glass of champagne, freeze and use as a premium dessert topping, or enjoy it as a simple aperitif. For example, add a single pearl of Lychee Cocktail Caviar to any sparkling wine for a little flair.
